Behaviour in accordance with the rules is a matter of course for management and all our employees.

The principles of conduct drawn up by Volkswagen AG - also known as the "Code of Conduct" - are available to all employees as a guideline. They facilitate the handling of existing rules within the company. In addition, they provide orientation, advice and assistance in daily work. Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This statement was prepared according to § 54 of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015. It lists all measures implemented by the Volkswagen Group in order to avoid any forms of modern slavery and human trafficking. As a subsidiary of Volkswagen, SITECH Sitztechnik GmbH undertakes to conduct its business activities in a sustainable, transparent and responsible way.
